I want to link to my shopping cart, which isn’t a wordpress page, in my top navigation. Is there a way to do this?
You can add a link to your menu. There is a dedicated link box for this (Design/Menu). you can put external links there as well.

Thanks. That worked (and answered the unasked question about how the demo has those nifty subtitles). But my submenu items have disappeared. How do I get them back?
ETA: If I select all pages, sub pages appear on the top level; if I don’t select them, they don’t appear at all.

Thanks, but that brings the question forward on how to direct that external link to a new page/tab/window rather than overwriting the present one.
I have attached the external link to ‘my dribble account’ in Theme Options, which will open it in a new window, but that will not be the right way.
Can anyone help me out on this?
