If you’re looking for design consistency in Feedburner, you have selected the wrong service.
Also I don’t recommend simply cloning blog posts in newsletter campaigns. There are many more potential issues with email clients than images appearing inconsistent. My recommendation is to pick a newsletter template and write some intro copy with an image and a link to the full post.
