Sorry that disturbing you again

1.How to make different size of image(miniature) on main page like on demo? For example “Astronoical Clock” and “Waiting at the window” have different size?
2.Why my top menu doesn’t show submenu elements? But when i choose one of rubrics and click on it, after this everything works, but on main page it doesn’t work?
