I am having the same issues, just jumped into widgets to check something out and noticed all sidebars were gone. After going into theme options > sidebars when you try to create a new dynamic sidebar it overwrites the previous sidebar that was created. It’s only allowing for one dynamic sidebar.
Major issue as I was about to launch the new site this week, thanks for the help.
