I’m afraid I don’t understand the question too well. Creating 2 separate portfolio pages is technically not possible, but you can trick the system by creating 2 subcategories under the main categories and then placing all your portfolio items under those subcategories. You’ll still have a main portfolio page where all your items will be grouped but you can hide it from any public facing link.
I don’t see how the second part of your question connects the first part, specifically what the 3 packages posts have to do with the portfolio. I also don’t understand how you would like them grouped into a single link so maybe a little more context would help.
