Go to WP Dashboard/Theme Options/General tab – then scroll down to the Home Page area on the left. There is a checkbox for enabling the slider.
To get posts to show up in the slider, go to your Posts page in the WP Dashboard. Select a post, and click the ‘Quick Edit’ option. On the right you’ll see another checkbox for ‘Make this post sticky.’ check it and save. Do the same for all posts you want in the slider.
