3.3.1 seems to be causing problems

    I recently loaded WordPress 3.3.1 on a site (fresh install), then loaded Cover WP. The header has recent posts, recent comments, and an additional search box in it.

    Go to Appearance > Widgets and remove the widgets from the Header.
