Qtranslate specific ubication

Hi folks!!

I have the qTranslate plugin like that:

When I really want this:

http://www.subirimagenes.com/imagen-deseada-7585682.html

The problems are:

I cannot avoid the space between languages and I cannot situate at the maximun top like the second image.
