add a picture in a page

Hello,
I’m doing a web site but i have a problem. I enjoy very much the pinboard theme. I’ve a home page with a slideshows photos and also static pages with description and I’d like to put under the menu a pircture but I don’t wont to put on the text. I’d like to put it between the menu and the text.

I’m sorry fot my english but I hope it’s clear what I mean.
