Add sidebar to landing page template

I would like to have a website, where the Sticky Post Slider appears on every page.

Currently, the only way to do this is to use the Landing Page Template.
I’ve updated the Landing Page template with the following code

However, the sidebar only appears to the left or beneath of the content, like – http://africanamericanatelier.org/wordpress_982685815/about/

I would like for the sidebar to be similar to – http://africanamericanatelier.org/wordpress_982685815/atelier-around-the-world/
