Adding Featured Image to page

Hi There

I’ve added a featured image to my page but nothing is happening. It won’t appear for posts either.

I am following the instructions in this documentation https://www.onedesigns.com/tutorials/enlightenment-documentation-theme-demo-home-page for creating a home page, but don’t believe that anything in here would have stopped it working.

I note when I visit the page or post the image doesn’t appear.
