Broken Theme – Pinboard

Pinboard help

I’m trying to setup child theme for pinboard theme in order to make changes as recommended but the following message appears in my wordpress dashboard

Broken Themes
The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.
Name
Description
Pinboard Child
The parent theme is missing. Please install the “Pinboard” parent theme.

The child theme style.css I put was:

To check I wasn’t making a mistake I setup a child them for twenty eleven theme which works fine. Can you help? I’m new to this so still learning
