Can Pinboard Ignore the content of Excerpts in the grid?

    I would love the Pinboard Theme, free or not (but grateful that it’s free 🙂 It’s perfect for a newbie/hobbyist and I haven’t had any problems setting it up

    I have only one thing at this time that I am wondering about…

    I installed a plugin to post to Google+ and FB and I would like to to use the Excerpts field on the post ONLY for those, right now if I put something in the Excerpts field, Pinboard is using the Excerpts content on the grid which I do not want shown anywhere other than G+/FB… In short: I would like Pinboard to ignore the content of Excerpts and do the automatic excerpt it would do if Excerpts were blank. Possible?

    The plugin you installed has a poor way of handling this. I recommend WordPress SEO by Yoast that uses the post’s meta description instead of excerpt.
