Hi, is there any way to change the color of the social media icons at the top right of page from light gray or are these image files? Thanks! J

They are images, e.g.
http://demo.onedesigns.com/pinboard/wp-content/themes/pinboard/images/facebook.png
You can try to change the .png files and replace them by FTP.
