Character encoding on quote postformat

Hello, I’m french and I’d like to use this theme, but I’ve got a little problem :

encoding is alright in UTF-8 in the whole site, except in my quote blocks where all my special characters look like “é”. I guess it’s a problem due to PHP functions with HTML chains but I don’t really know how to repair this.
