Cover WP–Meta Info, Social Icons, Formatting, Logo

I really enjoy the flexibility of this theme! Way to go! After a few of my own customizations and countless hours searching these forums, I am still encountering a few issues:

1) I’d like to remove the “Comments Off” from posts which have no comments or pages where comments are not allowed. I tried the suggestion of changing the script in the comments.php, but that has not resolved the problem.

2) I’d like to remove the social icons from every page and post. I’ve been unable to locate them in the script

3) On my homepage, I’ve removed the headline and made the “announcements” a sticky article that I will change from time to time. However, the “Read Entire Article” appears before my image and I’d like for it to appear after. I also want to remove “COMMENTS OFF”

4) I’d like to format my additional, smaller sidebars just like the top two—-without square bullets

5) I read the forum topic that the logo is not supposed to link back to the homepage, however a visitor’s expectation is to return to the homepage when the click on the logo. Is there any way an update can be made so that this is possible?
