Daniel, How Do We Make the Slider Scroll on Every Page?

Pinboard is great. I’m trying to make the slider scroll on subpages, not just the home page. I’ve got a heavily modified version of the theme running here:

itinerantangler.com

I’m running a three layer multisite, so on three of my pages the slider (which I have moved up to serve as a header) will scroll, but everywhere else I just get one static page. Is there a line of code somewhere in functions.php or page.php which controls the slider’s scroll on is_home versus paged? I don’t mind doing some heavy lifting.
