Currently I’m having a problem with the date/time format, as it seems that in combination with qtranslate the difference between Date Format and Time format isn’t clear in the script.
The Time Format set in qtranslate will show as Date in my posts (only exception are the comments as those are the ones created by Jetpack). When deleting the Date and Time Format in qtranslate completely, it goes back to the standard option and works perfectly with the settings I specified in WordPress itself.
There seems to be an unclear definition of the difference between Date and Time Format in the script or something similar. Would anyone have an idea how to fix this issue?
So far im stuck with the dd/mm/yyyy format but I’d like to differenciate between German and English the way qtranslate allows it, as the generel format in the corresponding countries is different.
If you’d like to check it out for yourself, try http://www.projectpenniless.com/ You’ll find the language settings at the bottom to see the difference. Currently I’m running the general WordPress settings with edited date format in both languages.
Thanks alot,
the Kiwi
