Display category under the post title

Good morning, I’d like to see, under the title post, only the words:

“published in …category name”.

now, under the post title, I can see “by admin on”, so I want to delete it and to insert the category. How can I do it?

Another question: I’d like to see only on the blog page the widget of the categories. Ho can I do it?
