Display customised values on Enlightenment

Hey everyone! Enchantée! 😉
I created customised fields with ACF Plugin (http://www.advancedcustomfields.com/)
I just don’t know how to display it on Enlightenment theme… ?
Has anyone ever tried to do so ?

I’d like to display them on only one category page postmeta.
And also, I’d like these to appear in that category’s articles content.

Is it possible?

Please feel free to say you don’t understand my questions, I have poor skills in designing websites AND am french, so… 🙂
