Display Issue

First, I would like to say I love the theme because it is simple and clean. Unfortunately after I created a post, the theme experiences what I could best describe as a “white out.”. It also appears to be shifted to the left of the screen, cutting off content. I inserted a Slideshow Pro album into the post, so I thought that may be the cause; however, even after removing the gallery, deleting the post, deactivating the theme and reactivating it it still appears whited out. Any possible solutions?
