When you want to transfer Outlook PST files into Thunderbird, you may also wonder if Thunderbird has incremental migration support — that is, only sending new emails instead of re-sending every email all at once again. Unfortunately, Thunderbird does not have a native support for PST files, or for incremental migration. This is a challenge, especially if you regularly receive new data from Outlook, and don’t want duplicates in Thunderbird! Manual Method
The manual method uses (for example) IMAP account (like Gmail) as an intermediary:
Add your IMAP account to Outlook.
Move emails from the PST file into the IMAP account to upload to the mail server.
Add the same IMAP account to Thunderbird:Thunderbird downloads the emails into its folders.
This approach works, and there are two major drawbacks:
No incremental migration → every time you upload, you may upload the same emails intermittently!

This application is an easy and reliable option to migrate PST data into Thunderbird, and it supports incremental migration. Instead of going through IMAP, this application converts PST files to MBOX directly, which Thunderbird supports.
With its date filter, you can also migrate only new or updated emails to avoid duplicates.

Thunderbird does not, by itself, support incremental PST migration. You can shift over data with the manual IMAP method, but you will repeat old emails, and large attachments are difficult to manage.
