Enlightenment Theme. Page Jump link target is not visible, hidden by the navbar

I’m sorry this is a duplicate post. I don’t know if Enlightenment Theme forum is alive. I have a problem with this theme, the page jump link target is not shown properly and it is hidden by the navbar.
Here my example: test1.ramonrusso.com/inicio/motores/#motores-electricos
