Exchange "Home" label on menu

    Hi.
    I wish to exchange the “Home” label on menu, for instance, “Blog”.
    I am sure this can be done. ; )
    Any help is appreciated.

    I just found it. Sorry. how stupid I am ; ) Took me hours and one post to find out that there´s no need to edit any file.
    Just acess the Menu options through the theme interface, select the Home and change the label. As simples as that.
