Featured Image Size

    What size does the featured image need to be to fit inside the allotted area on the slider? I’ve tried all kinds of sizes but nothing seems to get it to fit.

    The images in the slider are 600×400. Anything greater will be cropped to proportions.

    To add to this, how would you go about to manually edit that crop at every picture?

    I.E. to still have a full sized image once in the post?

    Would there be a way to trick the slider feature into using the thumbnails rather than the full file, after setting the thumbnails to 600×400?
