Formatting custom sidebar menu / removing dividers

    I have a custom menu on the sidebar of this page –

    I’d like to know what exactly controls this and how I can format it. Specifically, removing the line dividers, and aligning the text right instead of left.

    Is this a CSS or PHP thing? I’m having trouble tracking it down. Any help is greatly appreciated!
