Our front page slider is not moving. The posts are sticky with featured pictures. The slider is turned on under the theme options. The slider only shows the last post and the navigation buttons are not showing. We do have the front page as ‘post’ and not static. Is this were the problem is coming from? Please HELP!
2 1/2 days…wow. I guess that’s what you get with a “free” theme. I guess I’m used to the support you get with a premium theme (which are, for the most part, extremely cheap considering what you get) My slider’s not working either, but I guess I won’t get an answer here. If you did figure it out, please post where the fix is…

I was using the theme too and wrote a step-by-step tutorial for how to make the slider work for those who got stuck. And btw I don’t make a cent out of it – even it might help you. It’s absolutly for free.

When you install the plain theme and use it as intended, it runs in 99% of the cases without ANY problems. And the author, David, is giving it away for free too. The problems start only by additional individual needs. So don’t blame the author when he’s not responding fast enough to the problems that you made, by adding stuff or tweaking the code.
@donnasander: I recommend a premium theme for you as I you are used to fast or any response. Most of the times this is not going to happen here.Cheers,
