In the file(s) where you change “the_excerpt()” with “the_content()”, also change “entry-summary” in the line above with “entry-content”. This also fixes de lightbox not displaying in the archive pages.

Hi, I have a related problem, but kind of opposite.
I have a bilingual site. I want the posts to show excerpts, and the English version is doing fine. But the Chinese one is showing full posts, in huge long chunks, painfully unsightly.
I’m totally perplexed because this is my second site. The first site that I have works fine. Both languages display only excerpts.
Can anybody help? Thank you!
