Header image not showing in other browsers other than firefox

Hello,

My header image is showing perfectly when using Firefox, but not showing anything on other browsers.
I’ve tried with Chrome, and it’s showing a super big undisplayed image (as if it’s not loading, and the image is taking more than half a page). On IE, the header is just white with absolutely nothing (but at least it’s the right size).

Anyone know how to fix this? I’ve tried looking for solutions, but haven’t found anything. Would really appreciate your help.
