I’m sorry, I’ve still got another question: When I go down with the scroll bar on the home page (almost until the bottom), the home page shows up the 10 first articles. But when I try go down until the end of the scroll bar (in order to see the footer), the page shows up the same 10 articles a second time, and then a third time, and so on.
What can I do in order to stop this eternal repetition of articles?

But are there more than 10 articles on the site?Yes, there are more then 10 articles on the site (perhaps 15, I didn’t count them).
And I let the default configuration of 10 articles in the General Settings.
But the latest 10 aticles are shown ad infinitum…Ingrid

Sorry, I made a mistake – I meant: in the Lecture Options (where you can choose the number of articles to show up). It ‘s there where I let the number “10”.
And indeed, 10 posts are shown, but not once (as it would be normal), but an indefinite number of times… = the 10 latest posts + the 10 latest posts + the 10 latest posts etc.Hey inter,

According to what you found, I tried to desactivate the plugins: nothing changed.
And I tried to changed the home page to a non-static page: it changes in fact, – but not exactly the way I want: indeed, there’s no more infinite loading of posts, but – instead of 10 posts, all 18 posts I’ve written until now are shown up.
(I’ll let the non-static page for a little moment, in order to show it to people who could help me, but later on, I’ll activate again the static page if I haven’t found a solution up to then.Ingrid
