how do i make custom image header a link?

    Id like to make the custom header imagine a link back to my url as i dont feel that its particuarly easy to fine the ‘home’ link at the bottom of the page… how do i do this? i tried the simple html method but it hasnt worked in firefox and in IE it duplicated the my header image for some reason!
