How to display excerpts, and font question

Hi! I just bought this theme and absolutely love it.

1) I noticed from the demo http://demo.onedesigns.com/graceunderpressure/literary/2015/07/16/for-whom-the-bell-tolls/ that there’s an excerpt that appears on the left sidebar beneath the title. How do I make the excerpt appear?

Is that a custom excerpt? I don’t seem to see an excerpt field in my WordPress installation. I’m currently using WordPress 4.4.

2) What are the fonts used in this demo? http://demo.onedesigns.com/graceunderpressure/journal/2015/07/16/how-i-learned-to-code-while-travelling/ I’m interested in both the header and body font.

I get around the problem not very elegantly by adding the excerpt in the title of the page:

Narrowboating for Beginners <div class=”entry-summary”>What Americans need to know when considering a narrowboat vacation in the UK</div>
