Hi, I need a layout similar to the sample of the template, with the slider and few boxes of content, some taken from static pages and some from posts, how can I have different sections of content some dynamic and some static distributed similarly to your sample home page?

Basically I need to know how to add various articles to the content area and also have these articles distributed in 3 or 4 columns. I want to try to avoid the use of widgets to display different blocks of content within the home page.

I haven’t got an answer yet, but it seems that setting the page as the blog and after writing some articles, you will get that layout, but if you set a static page as the home page, it won’t work the same way.
So far I have a static home page and the blog page. For the static home page I’ve managed adding different sections of content by creating my own template page. I’ve created this template duplicating the page.php and added different sections with static content and with dynamic content, distributed in 3 columns and 6 different blocks of content.
I have achieved an adaptive design for the home page, but I have not figured out how to implement the mansory style yet, still working on it though.
