I recently completed a project involving Zimbra to Office 365 migration, and I wanted to share my experience here in case it helps others facing a similar challenge.
Zimbra doesn’t offer a direct built-in option to migrate emails to Office 365. So, after testing a few options, I went with the Cigati IMAP Backup Tool, and I have to say—it worked surprisingly well for what I needed.

My Migration Steps:
Enabled IMAP access in Zimbra.
Connected the Zimbra account in Cigati using IMAP credentials.
Choose PST as the export format.
Imported the exported PST into Office 365 using the Outlook import option.
Verified data integrity and folder structure in the target Office 365 mailbox.
