I Switched to IBM Notes, and Now I can’t Read my Old PST Emails

This is because Microsoft Outlook stores your emails in PST files and IBM Notes (also referred to as Lotus Notes or HCL Notes) stores them as NSF files. These file types are entirely different, therefore cannot be opened directly in IBM Notes.
