Looking for perfect height and width for the featured post image, so it doesn’t look silly in the slider.
Also – is there a more detailed set of instructions other than on the main theme webpage? Like something that would explain what the list in each post is, titled “Format”? It lists Standard, Aside, Gallery, Link and several others but I don’t really know what these are.

The optimal size for slider images is 1140×500. You can how each post format is styled in this page.
