Insert image for authors & Displaying full post on homepage?

Hi There,

Two questions:

1) How do I get the full post (as opposed to just a few lines) to display on my home page – http://www.kwaf.ca ?

2) Is there a way to add an image in place of the white ghost icon for each of the authors?

p.s. I really love this theme, thanks so much for creating and sharing!
