Internet Explorer 8 Compatibility Mode not displaying Social Media Icons

    Hi all,

    Has anyone else found that the social media icons are not displayed at all until you mouse over them in IE8 compatibility mode?

    I’m trying to fix this, but I’m not sure where to start.

    Hi,

    I tried in ie 8, Seems fine here. Can you post screenshot?

    My browser mode is ie 8. Document Mode is ie8.

    IE 8 seems fine, it’s when you view in compatibility mode, that the icons disappear. I’ll get a screen shot and post it soon.

    Hi seannittner,

    the compatibility mode is a nightmare for cross browser functions. There are more issues than the social media icons with this mode and one should one use this mode when really really necessary.
