Issue with header responsiveness on ipad/reduced screen size devices

What happens is that the upper quote and social networking icons get cut off on anything of a lesser size than the standard desktop and larger than a mobile phone. Additionally, some of the layout formatting also gets cut off.

On a side note, I’ve tried using the Page Builder plugin by Site Origin on my site to assist with some of the layout. It hasn’t worked at all. Is there a way to get it to play well with Pinboard?
