Layouts not working

    Under “Theme Options->Layout” it makes no difference what I choose in “Choose your preferred Layout”

    The HTML body always has the following classes:

    home page page-id-2 page-template-default logged-in admin-bar custom-background page-template-template-full-width-php customize-support

    I’m using 1.08
