ParticipantGreat and clean theme! It would be great to link the slider to a page instead of post. I (and others) would like to keep the same 4 images on the slider, and keep on blogging without the “homepictures” changing. It would be great to keep the pictures/information on the home page unchaged (- Sailing, Kayak, Ski and Snowboard.)
Any possibilities to solve this?

Participant+1 I would also love to have this feature if anyone knows how to do it

Participantif anyone is interested i figured out a work around for the issue that actually works better for me. I install a plugin called
Quick Page/Post Redirect DEV
then setup “quick redirects” for your posts to route to a page instead. then you can have like a little slogan in the post that is never viewed except for the slider at the front.
worked for me.scottchristian

ParticipantAny die when the next version is coming out?
I would love to have the sliders represent different categories/sections, not new blogs or articles.cougarcat
ParticipantHi I’m trying to use e-commerce plugins to sell art on your theme, I’d like the home gallery to show the products featured images instead of the posts. Is there any way to do this? Also I noticed when using the WP e-Commerce plugin the slider nav arrow to the next 4 slides disappears.
Thanks
