Menus are gone with Worpress 3.3.1

    Hello,

    I love this theme, it is beautiful and simple and well written.
    Since I upgraded Worpdress to 3.3.1, I don’t see the menus anymore.
    Also it must be side effect I can’t have the wordpress bar on top of the site even though the option is checked in users.
