Minimatica change the color of the band below the header

Good morning, if you go to http://xn--pugli-yta.it/?page_id=27, you’ll better understand my question. I’m trying to change the background colour of of the black band just below the header and above the text (inside which is written: “I NOSTRI PARTNERS”). I have the same problem for all the other pages of my website. Which part of the theme editor should I change? Someone can help Me?
