I am trying to use the i ‘insert more tag’ on my posts, but unfortunatly it doesn’t work and i have found out why;

Remember that <!–more–> is (of course) ignored when showing a single post.

Is there any way to get <more> to work on a single post? I only want a small paragraph to show up, and then if they wish to keep reading then they click on the more.

At the moment my work around would be to create a secondary post and a link to that post, would involve the page having to re loaded though…

I have it so only the first few lines are displayed through the excerpt on the photo, but it when the click on the photo and make it to the page i am trying to sort out.
