Multicolumn Rich Content Container

Hi,

I’m creating a similar homepage using the Enlightenment Documentation: Theme Demo Home Page. However, there were no explanation on how the boxes around the content of the “Multicolumn Rich Content Container” were created. Is it possible to know how I can create the container around the content just like the one shown on the Demo under the “A True CMS Theme” section?
