After changing to a custom One User Avatar as default for my site, it is not showing up on my customer reviews on single product pages. It still shows the mystery man default WP Avatar. The new OU Avatar has propogated in my Users list though and if I leave a test review, it shows the new default OU Avatar. How can I get the avatar to show for reviews that already exist?
