Hi there,
thank you very much for this really great theme.
I would like to use this theme for my new blog (fotoblog.daniel-eder.de – which is currently under construction).I already installed and activated the pinboard theme, but there are some functions I cannot get started,
One thing is the description below the menu items.
Where do I have to put the description so it will be shown in the front end?? As it can be seen in the pinboard demo?
I tried to put the description under apperance/menu/ menu item, but the description does not show up in the front end.Thanks for your answers!!

Under Apperance > Menus where you normally edit the menus, expand each menu item and fill the “Title” field, the text there will appear as description. If you don’t see that field, open Screen Options in the upper-right corner and check the box “Title”

thank you for your answer.
I tried, but it does not work.
I am using the german WP-version.There I put in the text that should appear in the description (in the german version the field is called “Beschreibung”) of the navigation item – but the result stays the same: no description shows up in the front end.
Any other ideas how this issue could be fixed??

thanks again for your help, but the problem was a different one: this function of the navigation description of the pinboard theme seems not to be compatible to the plugin “awesome flickr gallery” which I intended to use,
After deactivting and deleting this plugin, the description works absolutely fine 🙂Best reagards
