I have used the AJAX thumbnail rebuild, but my slider photos start at correct size, then second photo gets a little larger, then third photo fills the browser’s screen.
I see that the demo shows a consistent slider height through its movement. Is there something I am missing to keep the height consistent?

I have found that if I size all my Featured Images to 1200px wide, they come out the same size in the Slider…
