HI! I’m trying to figure this out and I am stuck here. When I post a link of my website on facebook, it shows my page as this (spiritsong photography I Just another wordpress blog) i really dont like that tagline for my business LOL!

I have changed the tagline under settings > general> tagline > North Carolina Portrait Photographer
But is not showing on facebook that it is changed. The changed tagline shows in google+ immediately after I change it, but not with facebook. Facebook is very important to the growth of my new small business so I would really like some help here to figure it outI have 2 plugins activated:

Frontpage category filterboth of which I deactivated, but this didnt solve my problem so I reactivated them.
Also, when I post the link on facebook, the thumbnail is a picture I have never seen before. How do I get this to change?
Has anyone else had this sort of problem? Any solutions. Thanks for your time.
