No thumbnail photos on homepage

    Hello,
    Just discovered this theme and so far I think its a great theme but im having problems showing any thumbnail images next to the post excerts on the homepage.
    Is there a way to turn these on/off or should they display automatically. I have searched the forum but can’t find any answers.
    My website is http://www.dementia.co.uk
    Please help
